Education: at least with a Masters' Degree
Experience: preferably at least five (5) years of relevant supervisory / managerial experience / handling infrastructure or environmental management programs
Training: at least 120 hours of relevant managerial training (please provide copies of certifications)
Other Qualification Requirements: preferably a Civil Service (Professional) / 2nd Level Eligibility holder or with an appropriate RA 1080 professional license
Skills: with a high level of expertise in handling and managing utility systems, construction (water utilities, etc.), project planning (budget analysis, projections, etc.) and implementation
